We love sport, we love athletes & we love food. As Accredited Sport Dietitians we are up to date with the latest sports nutrition research & protocols both in Australia & Internationally.

Helping athletes to achieve their optimal body composition, (be it weight loss or weight gain); perfect their training & race, match or competition nutrition, is something we take very seriously.

We work with athletes to ensure that day to day nutrition covers both training & life requirements as well. We understand that often athletes have competing demands on them & we work with individuals to find realistic options to fit in with their lifestyles & sports nutrition demands.

We also ensure that all aspects of nutrition are tried & tested before any event, that includes pre-event nutrition, sports supplements & hydration during an even as well as recovery nutrition.

Fiona has an almost 25 year history of endurance racing and understands the demands, challenges and the nuances of training and racing at competitive levels.

She is ISAK qualified so can conduct skinfold assessments to ensure your journey and body composition is on track and is supportive of any challenge, from your first 5km fun run, rugby final, boxing match or representing your country in you sport at an elite level.

We have had huge success with athletes in running, triathlon, rugby, boxing, life-saving, cricket, soccer and dancing amongst many other sports.

We also assist with nutrition in the unfortunate situation of injury management and have immense empathy in helping to keep nutrition on track in these unfortunate circumstances.

Our goal is to find realistic sports nutrition options to fit in with your lifestyle to assist you in coping with whatever demands training and life are putting on you.
