Food Intolerance & Allergies

It is not normal to be bloated, rushing to the toilet often (or not often enough!) or feeling ill or in pain and discomfort after eating. IBS is a general term used to describe these symptoms. It is one of the many forms of food intolerance we work with. We have seen many clients who “reclaim” their life by working with them to identify trigger foods which may cause these distressing symptoms.

New food intolerance or allergy diagnosis can also be a stressful time for people and we can help you understand your diagnosis and build a nutrition plan which can allow you to live a full life as well.

We have worked with gluten food intolerance, FODMAPS, Coeliac, Lactose Free and Dairy Free clients, to name a few, and are sympathetic and determined to find choices which work for you.
