We are qualified practising dietitians and accredited sports dietitians, dedicated to helping all people with Sports Nutrition as well as every day Lifestyle Nutrition.

What does that mean? It means that if you are an athlete of any level or any stage looking to make sure you are fueling properly to perform at you best or to have the best body composition for your sport we can help you.

It also means that if you are looking to improve your relationship with food, increase energy levels, lose or gain weight, conquer IBS or food intolerances or learn more about vegetarian and vegan eating we can help you.

We believe that “diets” don’t work and we create individualised plans WITH you to achieve your goals whatever they are. We aim to create sustainable changes that fit in with your lifestyle.
